We provide a wide range of balloons, sweets & party favours for any theme and occasion across North East England. It is a big responsibility being a part of any special occasion and we love being able to help create wonderful memories for birthdays, christenings, weddings and many other celebrations. Our business covers Newcastle Upon Tyne, Gateshead, Durham, Sunderland, South Tyneside, North Tyneside and some areas of Northumberland.

‘But, your business name says ‘Entertainment?’

Yes you are right, and children’s entertainment used to be the main part of our business. But then the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020 and forced our business in a new direction. By the time restrictions were lifted for parties and events we had created a whole new business specialising in unique balloon creations and party favours. This was a blessing in disguise as it gave us the flexibility we needed to balance work life and raising our son so we decided to press pause on the entertainment side of our business and continue with our new venture. And we have never looked back!

How did we start?

Phil and Katie met at performing arts college in 2005. After graduating in 2008 and going on to have a successful career in performance including working on cruise ships and at Disneyland Paris they decided to settle down and get married in 2012. Katie had been face painting for a few years prior and it was decided that a business in the party entertainment industry would be a perfect fit. Jigsaw Entertainments was born! Phil taught himself how to balloon model and slowly the business expanded to include discos, party games and deluxe balloon products. Katie and Phil are grateful to be able to do a job that they love while helping families create a special day for their loved ones.
